Essential Processing
For companies wishing to "do their own" document targeting and retrieval, but to have us prepare, submit and monitor their VAT refund claims. We send periodic document due date reminders.  This tier provides maximum value for occasional recoveries and annual recovery volumes of less than $10,000.

VAT Document Targeting
Includes Essential Processing AND specialized VAT document targeting using data from existing disbursement systems to identify ALL VAT charges flowing through these systems on a regular basis. Generates Targeted Document Lists sorted to match the specific filing system, eliminating cumbersome document searches.

Information sources include corporate credit card data available on-line or electronically, and easy-to-generate reports from the various accounting platforms. Document targeting has proven to identify and capture significantly more than any “catch during processing” method of selecting VAT documents and is recommended for annual VAT volumes exceeding $10,000.

Document Retrieval
Includes Essential Processing, Document Targeting AND Document Retrieval.  We can provide on-site staffing, generally semi-annually, nearly anywhere in the world.  On-site document retrieval relieves your employees from this clerical task and should be considered when annual VAT recoveries exceed $50,000.
