It’s simple. Complete the Information Request Form (Aviation) and click “Submit” or print and fax the form to +1 609 430 4961. We’ll contact you to discuss the nature of your operations, your primary vendors, your usual destinations in Europe, and answer any questions you have.
Then we’ll enter your data into our database and forward an email containing a letter explaining our duties and how the program works, along with the engagement materials like an engagement agreement and other administrative forms necessary to submit VAT and other tax refund applications.
After receiving these administrative documents back from you, we’ll contact appropriate vendors to begin obtaining correct VAT invoices and to arrange exemptions available under applicable law.
